dog drool bib pattern free
Pet drool bib in soft pure cotton with a pink Breton stripe, made for cats and dogs and sized to fit both. Cotton absorbs drool, water and food instead of letting it run onto the chest, it is soft against the skin and light enough that pets forget they are wearing it, and the adjustable neck fastens with room for two fingers so nothing presses on the throat. It protects the chest from drool, meal-time spills, mud and grooming mess, and the front panel takes your logo — embroidery, a woven label or a printed patch. Sizes S/M/L, machine wash cold and dry in the shade to keep the pink bright. MOQ 100 pieces, sampling 7–10 working days, bulk 25–40 days.
Pet Drool Bib — Pink Breton Stripe, Pure Cotton, Adjustable
Why this bib
If you own a drooler, you know the routine: the chest is wet within an hour of waking up, the collar smells, and the front of the coat is stained. A bib solves all three, and this one is designed to do it without looking clinical: a pink Breton stripe in soft cotton, cut as a triangle, with an adjustable neck so it fits a cat or a dog without pressing on the throat.
It is one of those small products that owners buy once, realise how much mess it saves, and then buy in multiples — because one is in the wash, one is on the pet, and one is in the drawer.

Fabric: pure cotton, soft and light
The bib is made from pure cotton. Cotton is the right choice for a bib for three reasons.
It absorbs. A bib’s first job is to catch drool, water and food, and cotton absorbs quickly. A synthetic bib lets liquid sit on the surface and run off onto the chest; cotton takes it in and holds it there until you change it.
It is soft against the skin. The bib sits on the chest, under the chin and against the neck, so the fabric is constantly touching skin and fur. Cotton is smooth and non-irritating, it does not prickle, and it does not build up static the way synthetic fabric can. For a cat or a small dog, that comfort is the difference between wearing the bib and fighting it off.
It is light. The cotton is a light weight rather than a heavy canvas, so the bib does not weigh down the chest or pull on the neck. It hangs in place, it moves with the animal, and it does not feel like a garment — which matters, because a bib that feels heavy gets taken off and never put back on.
The edges are finished so they do not fray, and the shape is cut so it sits flat against the chest rather than standing away from the body.
The design: a pink Breton stripe
The bib is printed with a Breton stripe — the classic horizontal stripe in a soft pink. It is a design that suits almost every pet and every home: it looks clean and cheerful rather than loud, it photographs well, and it works on both cats and dogs.
The stripe is printed rather than knitted or woven, which lets us produce it consistently across sizes and keeps the fabric light and soft. The print is tested for colourfastness, so the pink does not fade into a pale wash after a few cycles, and the white ground stays white — which matters on a product that will be washed constantly.
Where a buyer wants variety, the same bib pattern can be produced in other stripe colours — navy, grey, sage, red or a two-tone combination — and the colourways are matched to the buyer’s reference before production.

Adjustable fit: for cats and dogs, small and large
The bib closes with an adjustable neck fastening, so one design fits a wide range of animals. The adjustment does two things: it lets you fit the bib properly on a cat, a small dog, a medium dog or a large dog, and it lets the bib sit loosely — which is how it should be worn.
How to fit it. Place the bib on the chest, bring the neck strap around the neck and fasten it so that there is room to slide two fingers underneath. The bib should not press on the throat, and it should not be tight enough to leave a mark in the fur. If it does, move to the next adjustment position or the next size.
Why adjustable matters on a bib. A fixed-size bib either presses on the neck or slips down the chest. An adjustable one stays where it is put, which is what keeps the chest protected and what keeps the animal comfortable. It also means the bib does not need to be replaced as the pet grows or as the coat thickens in winter.
Sizes. The bib comes in [S/M/L]. The size guide lists the neck girth range and the chest coverage for each size in both centimetres and inches, and because of the adjustable neck, the sizes overlap — so if the pet is between sizes, either size will fit, with the smaller one giving more coverage and the larger one giving more room.

What the bib protects against
Drool. The main function. Drool is caught on the bib instead of soaking the chest and the collar, which means less washing of the pet, less smell, and no more damp patches on the sofa.
Food and water. Mealtimes are messy, especially for flat-faced breeds, long-eared dogs and cats with long whiskers. A bib catches the spills and can be wiped or changed in seconds — much easier than cleaning the chest and the collar three times a day.
Dirt and grooming. A bib also protects against grass stains, muddy splashes on walks, and the mess of grooming or brushing — and it protects the chest of the coat from the stains that are hardest to remove.
Water on older pets. Some older dogs and cats dribble after drinking, particularly with age-related conditions. A bib keeps them dry and comfortable, and it is easier for the owner than constant wiping.
How to wear it and when
Everyday. Put the bib on in the morning and leave it on through the day, changing it when it gets damp. Because the cotton is light and the neck is adjustable, most pets ignore it within a few minutes.
Mealtimes. Some owners fit the bib just before meals and take it off afterwards, which keeps the bib cleaner and means fewer washes.
Walks. On wet or muddy walks, the bib protects the chest of the coat. On sunny walks it is also a light layer over the chest.
Photo and gift use. The Breton stripe makes it photogenic, which is why it also sells as a gift and as an add-on to a harness, collar or lead set.

Custom logo and private label
The bib is designed to be private-labelled. The front of the triangle is a natural place for a brand mark, and the logo can be applied as an embroidered motif, a woven label, a printed patch or a printed logo on the fabric itself, depending on the look you want.
Embroidered logos are the most durable option and look premium on the cotton surface; a woven label sewn onto the back of the bib is the simplest way to add a brand without changing the print; and a printed label or patch is the cheapest route for a lighter product. We can also add a branded hangtag, a backing card and packaging to your artwork, and produce the whole set — collar, lead and bib — with the same branding for a coordinated launch.
Washing and care
Cotton bibs are washed often, so the fabric is chosen to cope with it.
How to wash. Machine wash cold or at 30°C, on a gentle cycle, with similar colours. Put the bib inside a laundry bag if you are washing it with anything that has metal hardware or hook-and-loop fastenings. Hand washing works just as well.
Detergent. Use a mild, neutral detergent. Do not use bleach or optical brighteners — they dull the print and weaken the cotton over time.
Drying. Dry flat or hang it in the shade. Do not tumble dry on high heat: heat is what shrinks cotton and fades prints. A short time in the sun is fine.
Ironing. Iron on the reverse at low temperature if the bib looks creased. Do not press the iron directly onto the print.
Checking it. Before each wear, check that the strap and the fastening are secure and that the fabric is not worn through. Remove the bib if your pet starts to chew it, and never leave a pet unsupervised with any bib or strap around the neck.

Questions buyers usually ask
Is it for cats and dogs? Yes. The adjustable neck makes one design work for cats, small dogs, medium dogs and larger dogs.
Will it press on the neck? No, if it is fitted properly. There should be room for two fingers under the strap, and the size range plus the adjustment covers most necks.
Is it waterproof? No — it is cotton, which is the point: it absorbs, rather than letting liquid run off. If you need a waterproof layer, a coated bib can be developed.
Will the print fade? The print is tested for colourfastness and the fabric is chosen to hold colour through repeated washing.
Can I put my logo on it? Yes. Embroidery, a woven label, a printed patch or a printed logo are all possible, with your own hangtag and packaging if you want a complete branded product.
For buyers
100 pieces per colourway, with mixed sizes (S/M/L) accepted in one order. Sampling takes 7–10 working days per round, and bulk production runs 25–40 days after sample approval and deposit. The cotton, the stripe colourways, the neck fastening, the logo application, the labels and the packaging can all be developed to your specification, and carton markings and barcodes are produced to your artwork.
Why this bib works
It solves a real, everyday problem — drool, food and dirt on the chest — with a product that is soft, light, absorbent, adjustable and easy to wash. The pure cotton is comfortable against the skin, the Breton stripe looks good enough to photograph, the adjustable neck fits cats and dogs of very different sizes, and the front panel takes a brand logo. It is inexpensive to produce, simple to sell and easy to repeat as a multi-pack — which is exactly what a good pet accessory should be.
